Harbor House/Oyster Bay Manor is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Oyster Bay, NY
Assisted Living facility, located on Long Island, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist our Director of Maintenance. Our ideal candidate must be familiar with hand and power tools and basic maintenance repairs. Should be able to perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, trouble shooting, and repairing equipment and systems. Will respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and various departments. Must be proficient in drywall and painting and have a good mechanical knowledge and have experience in facilities maintenance.
Must be able to work independently and follow instructions, have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and possesses good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. If you are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and customer service mindset, we welcome you to join our team!!
Must be vaccinated and speak English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
